NT8 time-stamp for candlesticks off by 1 increment

Not sure how prevalent this problem is yet, but am definitely seeing it in this example:

Date: 11/2/16

Example Instrument: 6E 12-16

Candlestick time-series: 15-minute

Observable:

NT8 crosshair function is labeling the 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM candlestick as "5:15"...whereas IB is labeling same instrument, same time-frame (per standard convention) as "5:00" (17:00).

(Can't screenshot this, as crosshairs disappear as I select my snippet tool...but this is definitely a-happening.)

Bar Time Stamp
NinjaTrader stamps a bar with the closing time of the bar. For example, a minute bar with a time of 9:31:00 AM has data from 9:30:00 AM through 9:30:59 AM. Using end of bar time stamps is required in order to be able to plot multiple series of differing time frames within a single chart all accurately synchronized to time.
