When you have an entry, followed by another entry, the PnL calculated on the charts and in all of the applicable control center panels is always correct. However, when one of the entries is exited, the PnL is not always correct. In this case (see 1st attachment) the second position was stopped out for a loss and the Avg. Price was incorrectly calculated.
However, as I was typing this post I noticed that we had a profit target hit - special thanks to the FBI for reopening that probe on Hillary Clinton - and then another entry and all-of-a-sudden everything is correct. So if I were you, I would suspect something isn't right about how you're calculating PnL on exits and you're doing it right on entries.
