NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.FilePathPicker only accepts files that already exist

NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.FilePathPicker only accepts file names that already exist. Please allow a create/open capability depending on whether the file exists already.

I have submitted a feature request to the product management team for the following feature :

This customer would like a new signature added to NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.FilePathPicker which causes it to automatically create intra-path directories and files if they do not already exist

I will follow up with more information as soon as it's available. If the feature requests already exists, a vote will be added to it.
