Custom Column Calculate.OnEachTick Default not working

the following code wont default to oneachtick...

			if (State == State.SetDefaults)
			{
				Description									= @"TestColumn";
				Name										= "TestColumn";
				Calculate									= Calculate.OnEachTick;
				
			}

The default settings are only used when adding a new instance of a script.

May I confirm you have compiled this script?

May I confirm you have removed the instance on the chart and re-added a new instance of the script?
