Install Problem

I had a previous version installed and working on 9/8/16. When trying to install RC2
It got and error and attempted to roll everything back. Now the previous version does not
run

See attached error message.

Installation achieved now it has a Cross Hair problem

I shut down and restarted computer and the 2nd try installed.
However, the Crosshair cursor is absolutely unusable for getting trading prices off your
charts. I swirl it around once and it runs on for 5-10 secs.

Whats up with that?

It only slows to an unusable crawl when the cursor is over a chart. It operates normally when over the Control panel.
