"Index out of Range" during "Remove execution"

- Open Trade Performance window, switch to "Executions"
- adjust filter to show three executions only (like 3 SIM-trades on a day or so)
- rightclick first line from the top, "remove execution", Ok
- rightclick second line from the top, "remove execution", Ok
- rightclick third line from the top, "remove execution", Ok
=> "Unhandled exception, Index was out of range"-error

Obviously the internal array was reduced with every "remove execution, but not the displayed items, leading to an index-out-of-bound when adjusting the last displayed. Probably a grid-refresh after every "remove execution" would already correct the issue
