Cannot use /* at line 1 and */ at last line of code to comment out entire indicator. The compiler is deleting the last line with just the */ and then stating "End of file found, */ expected" . Cannot compile with this method of commenting out.

Thank you for the post.
I do see this as well, it appears the end of file is technically above the NinjaScript generated code, the user editable portion anyway.
I will report this to development, for the time being to comment an entire file out, I would suggest to instead right click the file in the NinjaScript explorer and Exclude the file from compilation.
