NinjaTrader8 on Ubuntu using wine1.7.53 almost successful, but chart dependencies.

I am running NinjaTrader8 on Ubuntu16.04.1 with wine1.7.53 x86 32bit (failed with wine1.8.4 and 1.9.20) and it is able to connect Interactive Brokers API Gateway(958k).

wine1.7.53 dependencies: dotnet4.5, msvc100

Unfortunately, when I create a chart, there a big red cross on the chart.

Could somebody tell me what additional dependencies should I install?
Or what chart drawing components does NinjaTrader8 using?

You are using an unsupported operating system, so I would not be able to provide assistance there.

However, I would be happy to look into your log and trace files to see if the issue is unrelated to your operating system.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Very interesting.....(I didn't know Ninja would run under Wine) .
Just as a matter of "geek interest" have you been successfully running NT7 on Linux as well? If so, how well was it performing?
....( I probably won't actually do this, but I am interested in how well it works )
