RemoveDrawObject fails

RemoveDrawObject randomly fails to take objects from chart.
The indicator draws on main chart panel. It periodically removes objects to make way for new ones. It works fine when it is the only idicator on the chart or when there are other chart panel indicators like EMA/SMA etc. When there is an indicator on a separate panel like MACD RemoveDrawObject fails to remove some of the objects (it removes some). An object is removed from DrawObjects list, but it still on the chart.
This started from version 11.
