NT 8, Interactive Brokers' CFD's

Hi,

I just installed NT 8.0.0.13 to see if i can chart and trade CFD's with NinjaTrader and Interactive Brokers.

Unfortunately I can't even get a CFD instrument from the Instrument look-up to a Instrument List. If I try to add the instrument 'AEX25' to my custom Instrument List I get an error: "Invalid Instrument Name". This Instrument Name 'AEX25' was provided for by the NT software itself.

In the Instruments editor no Exchange outside of "Default" is configured and the Tick Size is wrong, at least for Interactive Brokers' CFD's.... I also get these errors for other index CFD's like GER30.

Please advice.

Thank you for your post.

When adding CFDs to your instrument list please include the @ sign at the beginning such as @AEX25 and let me know if the issue persists.

Can you please confirm you receive data within TWS when selecting the same CFD instrument(s).

Adding the '@' before the symbol did the trick. Thank you.
