RC1 Time and Sales Exception

Hi there,

I am receiving an exception when duplicating a T&S when using a custom preset.

Here are my settings changed from default:

1. !Show quotes
2. mm:ss
3. Display background = black
4. !Time column
5. !No Block column

Please find attached part of the trace file.

Upon restarting NT the T&S remain blank with no input and no right-click action.

Thanks for your post.


I am not seeing the same behavior as I can duplicate Time and Sales windows with custom presets in NinjaTrader 8 with no issues.

To test, please take the following steps to have NinjaTrader 8 launch in Safe Mode.

1. Close NinjaTrader 8
2. Hold the Ctrl Key + double click the NinjaTrader 8 icon
3. When launched, the NinjaTrader 8 splash screen that appears when loading should say Safe Mode.

This will cause NinjaTrader to launch without your saved workspaces and also will disable Connect on Startup.

Try opening up a charts and other windows present in your saved workspace via the New menu. If there are no issues in this workspace, try opening your saved workspace via the Workspaces menu.

If you do experience a crash when performing a particular action, please take note of what steps were taken so we may attempt to replicate on our end again.

Have you installed and tested on NT8B14 - RC2?

If so - and you still have this issue - I'll try 3rd party to reproduce your issue....
