May I add more type controls in the AddOn?

I would like add more controls(Button, ComboBox, TextBox and Label) in the first example on NinjaScript > Educational Resources > AddOn Development Overview >Other Uses for an AddOn. I tried so many times but didn't succeed, please help me.

These samples load from xaml files. Its also possible to add controls directly from code without xaml files.
