Thanks for the update. We are still trying to discover the root of the reported issue, and I will provide any updates when I receive them.

If you'd like you can send in your log and trace files so that we can see if there is any useful information.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
