code access to applied Commission rates

Say my code is doing 'what if' analysis on possible trades on instrument x using account y.
I may want to take the commission rate into account.
Currently there does not seem to be a documented way to get this information in code.
Does anyone know the method?
I assume there should be something like GetCommissionInfo(Instrument, Account) hidden away somewhere?

Or perhaps GetCommissionMinRate(Instrument, Connection)?

There is no documented method to pull the commission rate. I will check to see if there is an undocumented way to do so.
