NSE Forced Region Expansion

When editing an Indicator in NinjaScript Editor, saving the code forces the indicator wrapper code region to expand. Why?

Since it is marked "NinjaScript generated code. Neither change nor remove." and so is basically FYI as far as a programmer is concerned, the state of the region (collapsed or expanded) should be left exactly as the programmer has it.

In other words, please do not mandatorily expand/collapse regions in NSE when saving (or compiling) an indicator (or any other object, for that matter).

One other oddity that is "buggy", albeit trivial, is that it appears that each time one saves Indicator code, a blank line is added to the end of the code. Over time, one can end up with many unexpected blank lines appended to the bottom of the code.
