Modal windows problem

Hi,
I found annoying problem with modality of NT8 windows,
that block Windows screen and all other applications.

How to reproduce:

1. Open Chrome browser or any Explorer window
2. Open NT8 / Tools / Commissions window
3. Try to switch to Chrome browser / or any Explorer window
4. Here is problem: Commissions windows blocks all other applications = they cannot be moved to the foreground of the screen.

Expected behaviour:
Commission window should be modal as it is now, but only in context of own NT8 windows. Comission windows should not block other applications.

I'd like to add my vote for SFT-458.

I find the Data Box especially annoying. Its context is a chart, so why is it still on top blocking my view of say Chrome if I switch to that?
I think perhaps the developers have used form.TopMost when they should have used form.Owner
