Easy Daily Close Question?

If my market analyzser processes daily data on Bar Close and creates an alert if my conditions are met, will I get the alert on the on closing tick or the next day opening tick?

If my market analyzser processes daily data on each tick and creates an alert if my conditions are met (once per bar) ,will I get the alert on the on closing tick or the next day opening tick?

Next day opening tick since there is no way to tell what tick is a closing tick of a bar until you receive a tick for the next bar.

You will get an alert on the tick intra-bar where your condition is met.
