Trading Hours Window closes on Apply

Good Evening:

When making changes to Trading Hours templates, when you select " Apply" it updates or saves changes to the template but it then closes the Trading Hours Update window. The window should stay open to allow you to continue making changes. Shouldn't it only close when "OK" or "Cancel" is selected?
