If you are referring to Platform Support specifically, we do not have an inbound phone number but we can make outbound calls.There are two ways to contact Platform Support outside of the link above:
- From the NinjaTrader Control Center, go to Help > Mail to Platform Support. Include as much detail as possible about what you are experiencing.
- Send an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with as much detail as possible about what you are experiencing
