NT has stopped working message...

    NT has stopped working message...

    NT8 v13...same situation on 2 machines...open NT...connect to replay data...attempt to add a draw tool (line)...get message NT has stopped working (screen shot below)...requests to close program....hit OK...then draw tool line appears OK...

    Cannot left click and hold to move any draw tool on a chart....can adjust ends of tools OK, but cannot move anyplace..

    Thank you for the post.

    Could you email me your log and trace files after this error had occurred? Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader.com and include a link to this forum post.


    Open your NinjaTrader 8 folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
