RC1 - Real-time Point & Figure chart not building properly

Hi,

In the latest release you fixed a bug (# 10086) that prevented access to Close[0] in real-time when set to update OnPriceChange.

I appreciate the bug fix, however now there is a different problem: the P&F bars are not building correctly in real-time (see attachment for an example - I have identified when real-time started with an arrow). The historical bars are fine though.
