Any status on this? I tested my live key on latest, and it is also not showing.

It did allow me to connect to Rithmic & TDA.

Yes, Ninja had to "reset" my key...(whatever that entailed).
The correction to this occurred offline via email (because my key was attached to the messages)...but I probably should have updated the forum to let folks know that Ninja corrected it.

OK - no worries. My key is functioning as multi-broker, so I'm not too worried...but it's just odd it doesn't show it.

They'll probably do the same with mine.

Is your key pretty old? I've had mine about 6 or more years now I think (end of NT 6.5, NT 7 was just starting up).

I'll have to test my newer key with continuum/tda.

hah! My newer key shows Multi-broker on the splash - and even in the Help->About.

It must be the older keys that need updated.

The update on this is that users experiencing this issue should contact platform support via Control Center>Help>Email Support or platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so that their key can be regenerated.
