TopStep Trader Combine Key only allows simulation cant trade on combine or real accou

Hi,

For your new beta 13, the ninjatrader license key that Topstep trader gives to its clients will not work in combine or real money account.

Please contact TopStepoTrader for next steps. They have migrated to a new backend and you need a new combine account for B13. You can downgrade to B12 to use the old backend.


The TopStepTrader key should only work for the combine accounts and never "Real Money" accounts so not sure what you reference there. Do you mind clarifying?

I understand what you are saying. I was stating that it only worked in simulation mode, not non-simulated real mode, thereby not real money.. apologies for lack of clarity there

Just signed up for a combine, the key that Topstep trader gives does not work with the combine. If I supply a multibroker key, it works, but the topstep one should work right? but it doesnt.

Key will work with NinjaTrader B12, not B13. Please contact TopStep Trader for steps to get the old beta version for clients that plan to use the combine which is temporary steps until TopStepTrader finish migrating over to their new backend which B13 with topstep license key will work with.
