So you're saying the internal pool is for cached strategy instances for re-use during Strategy Optimization?

Is this internal pool for strategy instances only?

Just strategy optimizations and just strategies are pooled.

It greatly speeds up the optimization speed by factors of X in most cases. It can be enabled by setting the strategy option "IsInstantiatedOnEachOptimizationIteration"
