    NT8 v12 hangs

    Today I must have done something to cause NT8 to hang. I think it happened when I was connected to a Continuum demo account and increased the number of days data on the chart from 5 to 30 days. The chart had the "Loading..." message on it and from then on I have to kill the process in Task Manager to exit. You can see in the screen shot what it says on the chart and that it's taking up 30% CPU.

    I rebooted the computer and it still hangs when I start NT8 in 64bit or 32bit version. There must be something wrong with the config file or registry or database.

    So before I uninstall and reinstall it, do you want any info from my PC to troubleshoot the issue?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
