Chart does not update when Strategy is running

Please find linked a short video detailing an issue with a chart display not updating while a strategy is running. (http://screencast.com/t/f3cgI4hYML14)

On review, the issue also appears to involve different handling of historical data and realtime data. You will note, at the start of the video the chart x-axis shows "24-Aug" as the last day. Near the end of the video, after the strategy is disabled, two things occur
- data for the night is displayed (26-Aug)
- prior days are correctly labelled (the bars originally labeled 24-Aug are now labelled 25-Aug.

I suspect this is either session template related, or the script is hard-coded to only trade during certain times.
