Kagi Line Chart OnRender exception leading to Crash

Hi,

I have a Kagi Line chart with two instruments on the same pane using a 15MIN bar. At the close of the 14:30 PM bar, all hell broke loose when OnRender() method gave a nullref exception, see attached LOG file. I was able to exit NT8B12 and save my workspace, however, when I restarted, the tab with that particular chart had disappeared. This type of crash has happened on 2 occasions now, so it is not a fluke occurrence.

Also, please note another error in the log file pertaining to loading of strategies:

Strategy 'gmCrackTestV1/82771889': Error in loading strategy from the database: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. at NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.StrategyBase.DbFromCommand (IDbCommand cmd)

So basically when I restart NT, my active strategies have been forcefully removed from the Strategies tab, and I have to re-install them.

Any help is, as usual, highly appreciated.

Im running NT8B12, with live data from IB TWS(latest).
