unable to connect to kinetick

Just tried logging onto kinetick this morning and was unsuccessful. Has worked fine up to now. I can log on fine in NT7, Attached is a screen shot.

Thank you for writing in.

If you can log on in NT7 but not 8, please check that NT8 is granted a firewall exception.

Go to Windows Control Panel> (Set "View By Category")>Click System and Security> Under Windows Firewall click "Allow an app through Windows Firewall"> Click Change Settings and then put check marks next to all NinjaTrader entries.
