NT8 fails to start

    NT8 fails to start

    I had an issue with some charts not loading on startup. After failing to resolve it I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now NT8 simply fails to start up at all. I've reinstalled several times now and removed all NT8 files from my PC. There is no error message.

    Please follow the steps below and email these files to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with my name and a link to this thread referenced so I may investigate further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader 8 folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
