The error indicates something has this file locked and NinjaTrader is not able to access it.

Please try restarting your computer and starting NinjaTrader 8 again.

Do you still get the error after restarting the computer?

It was OK after restarting. Before the message I was having a hard time getting GBPUSD to properly load (stalled out at loading). Went to NT7 for a few minutes and thought I'd try NT8 again and that was when I was getting the message.
