Cannot get my chart trader ATM to hold a template

Dear Support,

On NT7 I can create an ATM template, select "keep template ...." under chart trader properties and each new order submitted will return to and use that template as expected.

On NT8 it does not return but instead returns to instances of the template, template-1, template-2 etc. which throws errors on order entry with my Top Step Trading sim account. I have to go down my long list of templates and reselect.

Why the difference? Is this a known issue?

Thank you for your post.

When testing on my end when submitting an order with an ATM Strategy after the trade is complete the ATM Strategy remains on the template that was previously used.

To be sure I am testing this correctly can you provide the steps you are using when this occurs so I may look into this further.
