Could someone please point me in the right direction on how to draw the lines shown on the attached via code on NT 8 or provide a sample?

Since lines are drawn based on either time or X bars ago, you need to know which bars you want it from / to.

Also, lines are based on Y values, or price. If you are doing this near the bottom of a chart you might consider drawing this in a separate panel otherwise it becomes very complicated, such as gathering Y values / X values from bars and using those values to determine the scope of the chart.
