NT8 B12 - Win7 - Pinch to Zoom not working?

Laptop trackpad

NTB12 - Works on Windows 10.

NT8B11 - works on another laptop with Win7.

The Magnifier+ and Magnifier- show up - but nothing happens in the editor as I would have expected.

Maybe I did something to this laptop. There is currently no mouse plugged in.

If anyone else can test or has issues please respond.

p.s. I plugged in a mouse and the CNTRL+mouse wheel zoomed in/out the text. The trackpad still is not working.

I tested pinch and zoom on the charts on a Windows 7 PC and was also not able to successfully zoom; same behavior on my Windows 10 PC as well. This isn't a feature that is intended for use with the trackpad.

I'm sorry, I don't think I was clear enough.

When I said "editor", I thought it would be understood as Strategy/Indicator Editor.

I'm definitely not trying this on a chart.

Thank you for clarifying, because this is working as expected on the other Windows 7 PC, I suggest first to check for any missing Windows updates via Start > Search > Windows Update.

Also, try reverting any mouse and trackpad settings to Default via Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound (Or Start > Search > "Mouse").

If you still see the same after taking these steps, please let me know if the pinch-to-zoom is working outside of NinjaTrader, for example within a internet browser window -- Google Chrome should have this feature turned on by default.
