Text From Alert

Is it possible to send a text to my phone from an alert once my email provider is setup correctly?

Thank you for the question.

In general it is possible to send emails to texts, carrier dependent. Are you having any difficulties or is this just a general question?

In general you would configure the share service to be the Email smtp server and then the TO address would be the vtext address as you have displayed or whatever your mobile carrier recommends as the text address.

If you are unable to send an email from the platform, try using another different email than what you had configured in Ninjatrader to send a test email to the phone. You could use gmail for example, go to the web site and send a test email from there to ensure the vtext works. This could assist if you are not getting messages from NinajTrader to find where the problem is.
