NT8v12: IB users can't open charts for ARCA stocks but ok in NT7

Hi,

I'm an Interactive Brokers users. In NT8v12 (actually in NT8v11 too), I can't open charts for ARCA stocks like FXI, EEM, etc. but I can do so in NT7.

Pls help.

Hello candy929,

I've loaded an instrument using the contract description from Interactive Brokers and this appears to load historically on my end, and also the chart appears to be updating, however, no ask and bid prices are showing in Chart Trader.

Is this the same behavior that you are experiencing?

Hi ChelseaB,

I didn't aware need to put "|SMART" after the stock code in the mapping. After that, the chart is ok now. Thx a lot.
