Horizontal price grid lines bleed through into Indicators panel

When the horizontal grid lines are enabled on the price chart, they appear on the indicator panels. The grid lines on the indicator panel should not be there. They have no correlated value to the indicator.

    Example in screenshots.

Daily SPY chart with grid lines FIXED at $2.00 and MACD indicator, Horizontal Grid Line Visible property UNCHECKED.

Next Horizontal Grid Line Visible property CHECKED.

Next Horizontal Grid Line Visible property CHECKED, and MACD indicator Scale Justification set to Overlay.

Overlaying removes the grid lines from the indicator panel but you also loose any scaling value from the right axis.

It does this on all indicators I've tried.
