Strange crash

I was looking at a 180 second chart..(NQ 09-16 Ninja Contiuum)....and clicked to change the DataSeries to 30 second. I got the following error screen (see attached).

It was 8:45pm CDT and I did not have a live data feed running (info only, that shouldn't matter).

I selected 'Ignore" and it appears as though the chart did change to a 30second chart....but I am somewhat confused as to what exactly caused the error screen

I will need to see your log and trace for today look further into this inquiry.
Could you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
