No update from chart

Hello,

I am using Kinetick for real time data.

Today the chart works for a while and all of a sudden it starts updating price really slowly with a delay compared with the Basic entry window until it just stops updating the charts completely. The Basic entry window is updating without any delay !

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

I will but I look at it and there is no error and everything looks fine. As a matter of facts the last files are dated as of this morning when the problem was not there
