NT8B11 - T&S - mouse wheel doesn't update window

Part 1 - I used the mouse wheel and and it scrolled the slider but nothing happened.
Part 2 - I used the mouse and grabbed the slider and it correctly worked.
Part 3 - I used the mouse wheel again and it scrolled the slider but nothing happened.

I'm in Playback-MR, and even when playing back at 1 second, the same situation applies. No update when using the mouse wheel.
