    Hello Ren, and thank you for your question.

    It looks like your workspace may need to be rebuilt. To do so, we will first need to start Ninja in Safe Mode.

    Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:
    • Loading workspaces.
    • Connecting on start-up.
    • Loading custom assemblies.
    • Getting instrument updates from the server.

    To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:
    • Exit NinjaTrader.
    • Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
    • Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
    • You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.


    Once you have started Ninja, please re-create your workspace, and save it over your old workspace so that your old workspace can not be reloaded.

      I know how to delete workspace template and restart Ninja. I wrote this because you might be interesting why your software cant startup. As what about me I'm very interested.

          Good day,
          I've got similar problem.
          Program starts but either doesnt update workspaces with indicators and so on, or it takes lots of time for that.
          Most of the time to facilitate the start up process I have to change the time frame and than to go back to initial timeframe.

            I often have to delete or move my older workspaces just to keep Ninja 8 from crashing on start-up. Especially on Sundays.
