Huge Disappointment with Time & Sales

I trade Forex via FXCM. I was trying to shift over to NT8 but hit a wall with the time and sales function.

This was the response I received:

Hello Segwin, and thank you for your question. Since forex is not centrally traded, FXCM has since 2004 sometimes provided data for hybrid historical and real time bars, and these were presented as tick information. In order to avoid ambiguity and to maintain consistency in presentation, NT8 simply sets this to 100k.

This is totally unacceptable. It worked fine for Forex in NT7. It was a very positive feature in NT7 and one of the major reasons that I purchased a lifetime license. Now it is basically useless.

Please put the NT7 coding back in place. I can't use NT8 without it.

I'd like to state here that also as a lifetime license holder of NinjaTrader that I have been disappointed by a number of features NT7 had but that have been "discontinued" in NT8, for example Group Accounts, which was one of the main reasons I purchased NT. Beyond that I find it frustrating that we now have to have a vote for things we already had. Please add my vote for this requested feature and for that matter, add my vote to every requested feature now on the dockets, whatever and for whomever they may be.

NinjaTrader 8 is built around customer suggestions and feature requests. We are still accepting feature requests and suggestions to help make NinjaTrader 8 at this time.

NinjaTrader_RyanM, I support my fellow lifetime owners whatever it is. One thing I don't understand, if something was functional and built in to the NT 7 platform and bringing it over to NT 8 does not have any technology hindrance why change it for the worse or leave it out? That is UNACCEPTABLE.
