Live Data Loss Detection Tool

Are there any tools out there that can detect a live data loss/freeze greater than (1.5min) with my broker. I know that NT documentations says that <1.5 min is not a notifiable disconnection. I want to be notified of a total disconnection. Currently I don't even get a yellow or red light if i lose data permanently.

Thank you for the question.

I am unsure of any specific tool for NinjaTrader like this, but this type of item could be created using C# and executed in NinjaTrader more than likely.

An alternative in the case of a poor connection is a VPS server to run NinjaTrader remotely on a stable connection.

You could email our platform support @ ninjatrader.com as well for us to review the log and trace files to check if there is anything additional we could do to assist.

have tried 2 different VPS, one with a direct connection to the broker.(no internet connection)

If there is anyone that can code something to help me that would great. please message me.
I need to know when the connection to my broker fails to update. (if the connection could refreshed that would be even better)

if the connection to broker could be refreshed at a set interval that may help too.

you have to differentiate between the following.
1. disconnection from internet, then you need a outside monitoring like pingdom
2. disconnectin from broker- check the <rate> average no of tick per minute, you are getting and if you don't get any data > <rate> then you can email yourself.
