NT8 B11: TickReplay chart doesn't not adjust on contract rollover

Hello,

I would like to report a bug/issue with NT8 charts using TickReplay on contract rollover day.

When I create a 5 min chart without the option. The chart displays correctly. However, when I enable TickReplay on it, an exception is thrown.

Here are the steps which I did to get the error
1. Create a 5 min chart of the new contract month (everything displays correctly)
2. Go to data series, check the Tick Replay option.
3. Click OK.
4. Error thrown.

Please let me know how to solve this. Thanks!

Can you tell me what instrument you are selecting when this occurs and what time interval chart you are loading.

Hi Chris,

It's FGBL Sept contract. 5 min chart.

The data provider I'm using is NT Broker Continuum.

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this on my end with Tick Replay enabled. So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the following boxes:

• Log and trace files
• Workspace files and UI settings

Today I tried again, and I did a "reload all historical data", and it seems to be correct now.
