I reinstalled NT and I notice that it cannot handle bad ticks. can you see how IB data flows and NT had a major bad tick issue @ 21.30. I have the screenshot that runs side by side for comparision.
I also use AMIBROKER which managed this bad tick well. infact, I have this issue for all my symbols when I opened the chart at the same time eurjpy/usdjpy too.
I also enabled filter bad ticks but it did not help
Update: when I launch NT and connect the first bar is always a bad tick. here is a video and you can see that all the charts have bad ticks. in comparision to what I posted half hour ago. now, I cannot trade with this issue as the strategy goes crazy with this bad tick evertime I open a chart.
