When using NT8 Chart on FX instrument, "Price based on"=Bid. The "Reload all historical data" feature is greyed out.
This happens whether using IB Gateway or TWS 954.
However if I switch back to NT7 it DOES allow me to get historical Bid data from the identical TWS session.
In NT8 its currently only allowing historical load if I select "Price based on"=Last (which I was told does not really apply to FX).
