can't get working data feed for Nikkei futs with 2 data connection

Hi there,

NT 8 B11
Scenario:

1/ Connect to IB
2/ Add instrument Ninja code JNM 06-16 /Nikkei 225 mini futs, IB code N225M/
3/ Create chart, T&S, Dom -> works
4/ Connect to Rithmic
5/ JNM objects do not update anymore.

I've attached a screen shot. The IB DOM works fine showing long 1 contract. NT 8 DOM is showing being long on the same 1 contract yet that is all it does... chart is not charting, the T&S is not showing the tape while connected to Rithmic as well.
