I set up fresh NT8B11 (no migration) and followed the current IB connection guide for Gateway.
Problem: When I used ChartTrader to place limit orders (at right mouse click) the prices were in 10th pip intervals, but the orders were failing with the "minimum price variation" error.
The solution seems to be to make the following change in IB Gateway config:
Tick both boxes "Show Forex data in 1/10 pips" and "Allow Forex trading in 1/10 pips"
The connection guide currently says these are optional
