    RegionHighlightX, Y

Is there any way to access the RegionHighlightX, or Y values, like "StartAnchor, EndAnchor" from an indicator *after* it's been drawn *manually* on a chart?

You're looking for the DrawingObjects collection. This can be accessed in your script and iterate through it for those types
