Steps to reproduce error:
When Snap Mode (Bar and Price) is selected, choose to Trend Channel drawing object. Use it to draw a trend channel.
The initial trend line will properly snap to the bottom of a wick or open/close of a Japanese candle, however, the parallel line will not snap to either bar or wick and will behave as though snap mode is disabled.
