NT 8 Stuck on Loading Data

Hi Support,

Fired up NJ this morning nearly 2 hours ago and still stuck on loading....

Closed NJ and restarted, same issue. Is this a problem at your end or mine?

Hello Gerard,

I am able to reproduce the issue on my end. No historical data is loaded in NinjaTrader 8 when connected to hds-us-stage-001. You can view in the Control Center-->Log what historical data server your connection uses. I assume you connect to the same historical data server. If not, please let me know which one you connect to.

I will send a report to our server team. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

Hi, seems to work now. I had same issue but it does not recover with reconnect (which shows connected..) , I had to restart NT 8.

I received response back from the server team. Can you please restart NinjaTrader and check if you load historical data again. It works when I test it on my end.

Just restarted NJ and it is now working ok.
